He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Sr. Blazel (Pete) and Elizabeth Blazel (Koenig); his brother Alvin Blazel Jr.; and his nephew Bruce Blazel. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Weix; his children, Henry Blazel of Abbotsford, Brenda Duvall (Jim Kimball), Bonnie Cherwinka of Wausau and Rhonda Grambort (Fred) of Merrill, Wisconsin.; and his grandchildren, Colton Duvall (Lexy Belter), Nicole Homeyer (Brandon), Jonathon Hein (Megan), Christopher Hein (Erika Goldbach), Derek Hein (Laura Teske), Danielle Hein (Greg Haring), Casey Cherwinka, Justin Schotz and Miranda Schotz.
