With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Wetterau of Athens, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernice Wetterau to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Luedtke and Antona Luedtke; her husband Norman Wetterau; her son Russell Wetterau; her grandson Jeremy Brice; her son-in-law Ben Robinson; her sister Elvira Hoeft; and her brothers-in-law, Ervin Hoeft and Art Plautz.
She is survived by: her children, Paulette Robinson of Merrill and Chris Czech (Lisa); her grandchildren, Emily Roesler (Tucker), Derek Czech and Mike Czech (Lynn); her great grandchildren, Valerie, Vanesa Czech and Kathleen Brice (Kenneth) of Athens; her great great grandchildren, Skyla and Braxton; her daughter-in-law Sheri Wetterau; her granddaughter-in-law Tonya Becker (John); and also, Matthew Brice (Ann), Katinna, Nicole, Becky Vanrixel (Mark), Joshua, Abigail, Elizabeth Vanrixel, Audrey, Peyton, Jessica Wetterau and Rose Marie Plautz.
Masks are required for all attending and social distancing will be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernice's name may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church.
