She is survived by: her mother Mary Christine Sousa (Pries); her husband Terry Challe; her children, Michelle Jansen (Keith), Joshua Challe (Laura), Rick Breault, Ryan Breault (Cassie), Jeremy Challe, Jennifer Sternitzky and Kelsi Elsinger (James); her son-in-law David Van Lanen; her grandchildren, Christopher Challe, Danielle Challe, Hunter Van Lanen, Jaydyn Breault, Trevyn Breault, Vaughn Breault, Breahna Elsinger, Mika Challe, Cayden Elsinger, Fayth Breault, Autumn Elsinger and Koen Challe; her great grandchild Evelyn Challe; her siblings, Terri LaFond (Patrick), Susan DeRammelaere (Mike), Christine Sousa and Michael Sousa (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Denise Sousa, David Challe, Daniel Challe, Keith Challe (Jean) and Sherry Chilcote; her stepmother Betty Meindl (Leon); her friend Karen "Kitty" Stange (Larry); and her caregiver Robin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
