He is survived by: his wife Karen Polkinghorne (Rickel) of Ashwaubenon; his brothers, Duane of Palatine, IL and Roger (Linda) of Thousand Oaks, CA; his children, Jeff Klingberg (Kim), Jim Klingberg (Diane Lange) of Kingsford, Julie Klingberg (Kevan) of Osseo, WI and Melissa Baker (Scott) of Ashwaubenon; his grandchildren, Erin Joelle, Jennifer Polkinghorne, Jordan Polkinghorne, Amanda Mouttaki (Youssef) and Ashley Bibbo (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Oliver Polkinghourne, Mikhail Mouttaki, Khalil Mouttaki, Jamison Brown, Bowie Glass, Rosalie Bibbo and Miranda Baker; and his close friends, Jerry Erdmann and Sherry Erdmann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
