He was predeceased by: his parents, John Heglund and Esther Heglund (Craft); his wife Arlene Riemer; his siblings, Alice Jean, Ruthie, Nancy, Bill, Jack, Ken, Ron and Don; and his parents-in-law, Florence Riemer and Bert Riemer.
He is survived by: his son Brett; his grandchildren, Hunter Heglund, Riley Heglund and Matt Zorn; his siblings, Gordy Heglund and Karen Callahan (Pat); and his sister-in-law Janice Hallman (Barney). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
