He is survived by: his wife Karen Goetz; his children, Shelley Maday, Matt Maday, Amy Amman (Clint), Sara Maday and Carlie Calkins (James); his grandchildren, Ashley Bates, Forrest Bates, Cierra Maday, Katlyn Chaney, Cole Heckel, Emma Maday, Brendan Calkins, Makayla Calkins, Natalya Calkins and Aleina Calkins; and his great grandchildren, Neveah Bates-Petras, Joey Bates-Petras, Aaliyah Bates-Petras, Karli Lemieux and Kaniya Bates. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
