He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Mattson and Delores "Ann" Mattson (Griffith); his wife Mary Sue; his daughter MaryAnn; and his sisters, Judy York, Janice Blakeley and Mary Poppe.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Mattson and Dana Tolliver (Paul); his grandsons, Matthew and Jonathan Tolliver; and his brother James Mattson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
