He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Randby and Edna Randby (Knowles); and his brothers, John and William. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Randby (Howard); his children, Ellen Randby Nelson (Larry), D. Paul Randby (Sophie), Tracey Randby Anderson and John Randby (Jolene); and his grandchildren, Jason Nelson (Gina), Peter Nelson (Melissa), Danika Randby, Keri Lindquist (Jared), Jacob Randby (Crystal), Ashley Yoder (Caleb), Lindsey Anderson, Madison Randby, Paige Randby, Jack Randby, Ryan Anderson (Carolyn), Aaron Anderson (Samantha) and Ashley Teigland (Luke).
In remembrance of David's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the local SPARK program, Northland College, or the Ashland United Methodist Church.
