It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Elizabeth Galligan (Ashland, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Blahnik and Lucille Blahnik; her spouse Thomas "Dick" Galligan; her children, Tim Galligan (Wendy), Kathy Galligan and Patty Rich (Joe); her grandchildren, Eric Larson, Elizabeth Sokolich of Hannah Galligan, Nate Ginter and Dustin Rich; her great grandchild Erin Rustad; and her sister Nancy Blahnik. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
