He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard T. Brinker and Violet F. Brinker (Kull); his brother Bill; and his sister-in-law Sue Brinker. He is survived by: his wife Joanne K. Pocernich of Ashland; his sons, James of Spencer, WI and David (Tara) of South Range, WI; his grandchildren, Jake, Austin, Aly and Angela; and his brother Bud (Cheryl) of Iron River, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
