He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Werner and Edna Werner (Sotona); and his foster son Patrick Lee Werner. He is survived by: his wife Karleen Werner; his children, Lynette Pupp (Duane) and Jay Werner (Jen); his grandchildren, Brett Schumacher (Megan) and Kari Moede (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Ben Moede, Parker and Luca Schumacher; and his sister Helen Nikolai (Patrick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
