He is survived by: his wife Patricia Follen; his daughters, Debbie Kempf (Dennis), Carol Kulibert (Alan Weiler) and Mary Kempf (Donavon); his grandchildren, Danielle Kempf, Dustin Kempf (Ashley), Nicole Dent (Chris), Heather Fabian (Kevin), Matthew Kempf and Ariel Mrotek (Michael); his great grandchildren, Ayla, Macy Kempf, Daxton Dent, Brody and Scarlett Fabian; and his sister Eleanore Panske.
