He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Brillowski (Scott); his grandchildren, Tyler Brillowski (Danielle), Scott Brillowski and Peyton Brillowski; his siblings, William Bates (Donna), Harold Bates, Lorie Perkins (Gary Huebner) and Donna McCarty; and his stepson Josh Irwin (Gillian). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
