It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James P. Sheppard of Arkdale, Wisconsin, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Sheppard and Marion C. Sheppard (Van Scoy); and his nephew Tim. He is survived by: his wife Verna Lee Elgan; his grandchildren, Arthur, Colin, Oliver and Eloise; his sons, Conor Sheppard (Ali) of Adams Wisconsin and Patrick Sheppard (Ashley); and his siblings, Laurie Huske (Jim), Katie Ross (William), Michael Sheppard (Linda), Brian Sheppard (Jolene), Paul Sheppard (Jan) and John Sheppard (Karina).
