He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Miller and Joanne Miller (Zwettler); his wife Amanda Holtan; his children, Wade and Merrick; his siblings, Zac Miller (Amanda) and Laura Anebari (Badr); his parents-in-law, Tom Holtan (Monica) and Theresa Liebig (Greg); his sisters-in-law, Alycen Kirch (Tyler) and Aarica Windmiller (Dan); his nephew Zak; and his nieces, Berkeley, Larkin, Lab and Leinie. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shane's family to be designated at a later date.
