He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Rugland and Nora H. Rugland; and his siblings-in-law, James W. Egerton, G. Allen Bubolz, Gerald L. Bubolz and Kay Bubolz (Tusler).
He is survived by: his wife Amelia Bubolz (Milly) of Appleton's First English Lutheran Church; his daughters, Amelia (Amy), Ponomarev (Artem) and Zay Lenaburg (Keith); his grandchildren, Henry, Marta and Amelia Lenaburg (Mimi); and his sister Helen Egerton (Rugland). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
