It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. O'Hearn in Appleton, Wisconsin, born in Maple, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Hearn and Ruth O'Hearn (Keehan); and his daughter Lisa Biemann. He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Hearn (Haas); his children, Steve O'Hearn (Lisa) and Paula Ulch (Jay); his son-in-law Richard Biemann; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Meghan, Connor O'Hearn, Gretchen, Mary, John Biemann, Matthew, Sam and Emma Ulch.

“I am so saddened to hear about Tom's passing. I was lucky enough to work at Highlands when he was principal. Before that, I was a proud mom of 3 students who attended Highlands. He was always great with the students. One thing that my sons loved was St. Patrick's Day as having Irish in their heritage, they knew Mr. oh earn would allow all students of Irish heritage to have early dismissal. A real treat. His kind smile and generous spirit will never be forgotten.. RIP.”
