He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Andres and Clara Andres (Kloida); his brothers, Eugene (Gerry), Arthur (Jean), Edward (Virginia) and David (Shirley); his parents-in-law, Gilbert Kaiser and Gladys Kaiser; and his in-laws, Geneva Kennedy (Ken Banczak) and Buzz Kaiser (Mary).
He is survived by: his wife Theda Andres (Kaiser); and his sons, James (Susan), Dr. Jerome (Debra), John (Donna), Jay (Lori), Jeffrey (Christine), Minn and Jody (Colleen). He is also survived by 13 grandkids and 19 great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, Dick and family request donations to the Beja Shrine in Green Bay, or other charities.
