With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juliet Claire Noel of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Selmer Neverman and Ruby Neverman (Goldsmith); her son Curtis Noel; her husband John Noel; and her sister Susan Anderson.

She is survived by: her daughter Sara Lillge (Craig); her granddaughter Michelle Noel (Baobi); and her sisters, Vicki Mylener (Brian) and Lisa Carlson (Gary).
