He is survived by: his parents, Barb Herb and Jerry Herb; his wife Mary; his children, Natalie Kohtala (Luke) and Brody Herb (Kaitlynne); his stepson Christopher Turke (Rilee); his siblings, Lisa Herb, Cece McAlpin, Jacque Moriarty (Bruce) and Eric Herb (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Megan, Dylan, Lauren, Addie and Elli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
