He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Vondrachek and Veronica Vondrachek (Geigel); his daughter April Ann Vondrachek; his siblings, Rita Vincent (Jurgen), Mary Egan (William) and James Vondrachek; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Otte and James Hartnett.
He is survived by: his son Jason Vondrachek (Raphaela) of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Madeleine, Chloe, Serena and Lukas; his daughter Jennifer Atkins (Andrew) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Jacob, Elise, Susanna and Caleb; and his siblings, Jerome Vondrachek (Julie), Catherine Otte, Anne Beasley (James) and Teresa Piepenburg (Orrin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Gerry's name to any Alcoholics Anonymous organization in honor of his proudly declared 31 years of sobriety.
