He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jochman and Barbara Jochman (Fischer); and his brother-in-law Curtis Johnson. He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Johnson, Kathy Burkhardt (Gregg), Pam Kuepper (Craig) and Theresa Racine (Jeff); his nieces and nephews, Becky Mogensen (Doug), Chris Johnson (Amanda Treml), Justin Kuepper (Courtney), Ryan Kuepper (Kiley) and Michael Burkhardt; and his girlfriend Sandy Leonhard. He is also survived by her children; and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry's favorite charities were the Desert Veterans of Wisconsin, the Old Glory Honor Flight, and the Washington County Humane Society.
