He is survived by: his wife Pam Polman; his sons, James McDade Daly III and William Garrett Daly (Christina); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Harrison and Miles; his stepchildren, Heidi Cook (Jeff), Derek Hassell and Jonathan Hassell; his stepgrandchildren, Aspen, Chloe, Sierra, Kilian and Kaylee; his sister Jacqueline Daly; and his nieces, Denise Smith (William), Danette Soukup (Gary) and Doreen Renk.
