He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Blink, and Earl A Blink, Sr.; his former wife Ida; and his siblings, Maynard Blink and Eloise Learman.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy "Scott" Blink and Rebecca "Becky" Blink; his stepson Dave Carney (Debbie); and his wife Elaine.
