Doris Jean Leininger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Jean Leininger of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 7, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pitz and Mabel Pitz (Krake); her husband Lowell Leininger; her brothers, Joseph Pitz (Ruth), Robert Pitz and Thomas Pitz; and her sister-in-law Doris Schaffer (Hal).
She is survived by: her children, Lee Leininger (Laura), Marcia Traska (Mike), Linda LaBrake (Steve) and Michelle Long (Peter Busch); her grandchildren, Jonathan Leininger (Aileen Aragones), Megan, Heather Traska (Cole Jenkins), Keith Traska (Kay), Kristina O'Toole (Shay), Andrew LaBrake (Desiree) and Ariana Kaiser (Tim); her great grandchildren, Stryker, Peytra, Zion Traska, Avery, Emily Kaiser and Rhyan LaBrake; her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Pitz, Fran Pitz and Tom Leininger (Darlene); and her close friend Kaukauna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
