With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Edward Monroe (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Klevesahl; and his siblings, Dick Monroe, Fred Monroe, Steve Monroe, Patti Herb, Janice Thompson and Nancy Borowski.

He is survived by: his children, Jodi Broehm (Mark) and Chuck Monroe (Martha); and his grandchildren, Jenna Broehm (Nolan Tiedt), Isaac Monroe, Caitlin Broehm, Adeline Monroe, Amelia Monroe and Annalise Monroe.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Appleton.
