She is survived by: her husband Arthur Carlevato; her daughters, Lori Washburn (Jeff), Cheryl Stohr (Rick) and Gina Carlevato; her siblings, Dean Haubrich, Dick Haubrich and Debbie Weishaar (Milo); her grandchildren, Hannah Stohr, Parker Stohr, Nick Washburn and Blake Washburn; her brother-in-law Jess Hensley; and her caregivers, Debra, Shirley, Diane, Tasha, Sue and Gina. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
