She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Bud" Dale; and her children, Jack Dale (Valerie), Carolyn Dale (Tim Pilgrim), Wash, Brian Dale (Cynthia), Everett and Jan Koutsky (Jamie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and six nieces and nephews.
