She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph McMeel and Ima Torstensen; her sister Judy McMeel Schorer; her husband Bruce; her children, Joseph Shopbell, David Shopbell and Jacqueline Shopbell; her pets, Annie and Chienne; and also Hazel Torstensen.
In the past year, Peggy had been admitted into the hospital due to having COVID-19.
