She was predeceased by: her father Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Martin; her children, Alvin Smith Jr., Wesley Smith and Shanta Smith; her grandchildren, Zene, Nalani, Noah, Cameron and Truth; and her siblings, Debbie, Sharon, Kim and Thomas Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
