She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Sams and Fila Sams (McFadden); her husband Ernest Charlo (Henry); her daughter Debra; and her brothers, Marvin and Harold.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Fazzari (John) and David Charlo (Jenny) of Clarkston, WA.; her grandchildren, Breann Klinginsmith (Justin) of Clarkston, WA and Cory Webster (Mike) of Coeur; and her great grandchildren, Parks, Boyd Klinginsmith of Clarkston, WA, Noelle and Jameson Webster of Coeur.
