It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Viola Maude Williams of Walla Walla, Washington, born in Lyman, Nebraska, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris McQueen and Leota McQueen (McClain); her siblings, Morris William McQueen and Ila May McQueen (Gibbons); her husband Junior; and her grandson Kellen Luper.
She is survived by: her sister Lola Irene McQueen (Baker); her children, Kami Rasmussen (Jim), John Williams (Karen) and Shelli Williams (Jim); her grandchildren, Tony Luper (Courtney), Ashley Chester (Tony) and Kaitlyn Luper; and her pet Sissy. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Humane Society.
