He is survived by: his mother Carol Sams; his wife Patty Sams; his siblings, Terry Sams and Talesha Sams; his daughters, Kelsie Damm and Rachelle Janke; his niece Amanda Rood; his nephew Brentin Sams; his stepchildren, Sherri Breeding, Nathan Gillman and Jeramie Gillman; and his stepgrandchildren, Alexis and Sierra Breeding.
