He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fazzari and Vera Leonetti Fazzari; and his siblings, Rudy Fazzari (LaVelle) and Joan Pontarolo (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Doris Manual; his sons, Dennis of Walla Walla, Larry (Shirley) of Chehalis, Ed (Margaret) of Walla Walla and Richard of Richland; and his sister Carol Stephan (Ed) of Spokane.
