She was predeceased by: her parents, Oterbein Meador and Lois Meador (Banks); her husband Melville Wayne Cummins; and her sister Elberta Mae Meador George. She is survived by: her children, Keith Cummins (Kathryn Carlson) and Melissa Cummins; her granddaughter Rachael Cummins Wasden (Derek); her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Sunny Wasden; her stepgreat-grandson Hagen Wasden; her close friends, Don, Diana, Scott and Doug (Sheryl); and also Barbara Freel. She is also survived by his nieces and nephews and their children.
