She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Addington and Edna Addington (Martzall); her sibling Vernadean; and her children, Jim (Penny) of Colville, WA, Mary of Walla Walla, WA, Peter (Rick) of Tucson, AZ, Andrew (Rachel) of Ellensburg, WA, Helen of Woodburn, OR, Mark (Shelley) of Cordova, TN and John.
She is survived by: her husband S. James Perkins; her siblings, Charles, Delta, Raymond, Delbert, Alice, Melvin, Margaret, Vern of Glenwood, WA and Glenn of Big Lake, AK; her sisters-in-law, Thelma of Ford, WA and Phyllis of Reardan, WA; and also, Jim and Cathy Perkins. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
