He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard R. Winn Sr. and Elva Beatrice Winn; his brother Royce; and his niece Machelle Winn. He is survived by: his former wife Laura Swallow; his brother Ted; his sister-in-law Patricia; his daughters, Denise Rutledge and Deanna Miller; his sons-in-law, Gordon Rutledge and Jay Miller; his grandchildren, Ryan Rutledge, Ava Rutledge and Kendell Huxley (Dalton Huxley); his stepgrandsons, Nick Miller and Nathan Miller; his niece Elleen Gaston; and his nephews, Mark Winn and Michael Winn. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
