He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Reser and Carrie Reser (Hoover). He is survived by: his children, Linda Gilvey (David), Shareen Knowles (Greg), David Reser, Scott Reser and Todd Reser (Danielle Garbe Reser); his grandchildren, Kaylee Knowles (Alex Rothaus), Kyler Knowles (Hanna), Jonathan Gilvey, Zachary Gilvey, Katherine Gilvey, Katana Reser and Kaiden Reser (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Eliah, Atlas and Alexzavier. He is also survived by parents, grandparents, and great grandparents.
