He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Carpenter and Coralie Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sons, Rodney (Tamara), Eric (Karen) and Jay (Carol); his grandchildren, Alan Carpenter, Danny Carpenter, Chris Carpenter, Nelson Carpenter, Abigail Carpenter and Annie Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Eastyn, Maverick and Archer.
