We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Doris Elaine Keatts of Walla Walla, Washington, born in Campbell, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephraim John Trambly and Rena Lynch; her former husband James T. Nelson; her husband Larry Keatts; her daughter Ann McClandlis; her siblings, Ethel Sanger and Merle Trambly; and her stepdaughter Barbara Baccus.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Swensen of Bellingham, Washington, James T. Nelson of Lincoln City, Jerry Nelson of College Place and Greg Nelson of Touchet; her sisters, Naomi Gorham of Boulder City and Madelyn Lynch of Kearney, Nebraska; and also Herb Stemper of Bay City, Michigan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Doris may be made to the Walla Walla Community College Nursing Program to support students, in care of Mountain View-Colonial Dewitt Funeral Home, which is handling the arrangements.
