She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay C. Weeks and Fern F. Weeks (Ford); her brother James Weeks; her husband Howard P. Smith; and her brothers-in-law, John Payne, Julius Wittman and John Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Jr. (Marilou Smith), Debra (Greg Davison), Lauri (John McKinley), Pamela and Pam (Andy Hermanns); her sisters, Betty Lou Branson and Kathleen Payne; and her siblings-in-law, Lassie Wittman, Jill Wood and Orville Branson.
