She is survived by: her daughter Erin; her husband David; her daughters, Delia and Kelli Surratt; her grandchildren, Dylan Russell, Roman Hubbard, Ashtan Hubbard, Angel Leija and Cecelia Leija; her great grandchildren, Isabella Beltran and Camilla Beltran; and her siblings, Maria Balderas, Rita Vasquez, Lupe Perez, Virginia Hernandez, Frank Hernandez and Joseph Hernandez.
