He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray L. Small Jr. and Marjorie "Jean" Small (Wolfe); and his wife Jill Terry Rogers. He is survived by: his sons, Corey Small (Lauren) and Jason Small (Paige); his grandchildren, Edith, Callie, Sebastian, Jovi, Damien and Linus; and his brothers, Rick Small (Darcey), Joe Small (Susan) and Jim Small (Pat). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
