She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Payne (Buck); her daughter Sandra Kraus; her parents, Lenis L. Norsworthy and Joseph Edmund Norsworthy; her siblings, Audry Marie Boyd, Juanita Ivy, Jewell Lee Johnson and Ronald Norsworthy; and her grandson Justin Payne.
She is survived by: her brother Henry Edmund; her children, Jeanette McKinney (Bill) of Canyon Lake, Patricia Taylor, Sharon Hogoboom and Earl Payne of Tacoma, Washington; and her grandchildren, DeAnna, Todd, Kevin L., Shaun, Jason, Theresa, Aimee, Jennifer, Jacqueline, Philip and Aaron. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
