It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Kean (University Place, Washington), who passed away on December 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Teddy Samuels and Erna Mae Evans; her children, Kerry Shaun Cheeks, Dawn Clark, Erika Cheeks, Charmaine Norton and Chantel Cheeks; and her significant other David Gustafson. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, six siblings.
