It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Hobbs (Tumwater, Washington), who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlo Hobbs and Ellen Saylor Hobbs; and her siblings, Mary E. Brown, Geneva "Genny" Baker, Jeanettiea Harris, Paul Hobbs, John Hobbs, Nathaniel Hobbs and Eli Hobbs.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gina Comeau and Shelby Weir; her grandchildren, Julia, Edward James and Johnny; her sister Faye Drum; and her friend Harry Day.
