We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ellen Carr in Tumwater, Washington. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband James Carr (Jim); her stepchildren, Michael and Christina; and her siblings, Roy and Phyllis. She is also survived by her children, step children, grandkids, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Delphi Country Club or to the charity of your choice.
