She was predeceased by: her husband John Milligan. She is survived by: her children, Laura Milligan of Tumwater, WA, John M. Milligan of Bothell, WA and Linda Frederiksen of Vancouver, WA. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
