He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Gamble and Daisy Grace Gamble; and his siblings, Louise, Dorothy, Robert Jr. and Patricia Gamble.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory, Robert, Katie and Adam; his wife Cindy; his stepchildren, TyAnn, Denzil, Timothy and Traci; his children, Matthew, Sarah and Shelly; and his close friends, Parshalls, Israel and Don. He is also survived by the eight children, there are seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
