She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Thomas Clements and Nora Christine Clements Marples; her stepfather Virgil Doc Marples; her sister Darlene Appleby; her nephew Michael Appleby; her brothers, Gene Clements, Ricky Lee Clements and Buel Thomas Clements; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Nell Benningfield, Glen Newton and Dannie Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Sluder (Bernie) of Campbellsville and Troy Newton (Lesley) of Campbellsville; her husband Robby; her son Gerald; her grandchildren, Addison Newton, Owen Newton, Bre Miles and Kinley Mitchell; her caregivers, Shannon Krebbs and Tara Haulk; her siblings, David Clements, Robert Carol Clements, Jody Clements (Faye) and Charlene Hughes; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Clements, Orville (Rena) and Shorty (Delores). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
